Sheila Lindsay is a nurse practitioner who helps patients manage the side effects of gastrointestinal cancer and its treatments. She also teaches them about how to optimize their health and quality of life while undergoing therapy and during recovery.

Lindsay earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Creighton University. She earned her master's degree from UCSF's adult nurse practitioner program.

Lindsay is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society and American Society of Clinical Oncology. In 2018, she was a guest speaker at the North American Neuroendocrine Tumor Society's annual conference.
