Dr. 凯瑟琳 德芙 cares for patients with infectious diseases and provides primary care for patients with HIV. She has a special interest in patients who are immunocompromised from organ transplantation or cancer treatment.

德芙's research focuses on diagnosing and treating infections in immunocompromised patients. She is interested in medical education, and she teaches medical students, residents and fellows in both classroom and clinical settings.

德芙 earned her medical degree from the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed a residency in internal medicine at New York – Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center and a fellowship in infectious diseases at UCSF.

In her free time, 德芙 enjoys hiking, running and reading novels, and she dislikes cooking.

    Once and for all I would like everyone to know that I am a Christian Scientist. As it was been in my family for four generations. I desire to rely solely on Christian Science for healing. I feel like the new MD has to be educated about Christian Science and that in face it does heal up any so-called beliefs of disease or sickness.
